i saw a post here once asking about whether banning gambling will actually solve some problems. well even with gambling deemed illegal, it has not completely disappeared from a country. for example, in north korea gambling is illegal for its citizens.
Gambling is illegal in the country, but behind closed doors people have a way of satisfying their gambling desires. Banning gambling only ends up making people to gamble in secret rather than an outgoing form of gambling, gamblers would always use VPN and satisfy their cravings.
but there are still gambling events that take place most often organized by some authorities or really rich and powerful people. i guess that making gambling illegal is just a way to make it less accessible to the general public but the rich always finds a way.
This is obtainable everywhere, the rich and influential people are always above the law. It is very sad that these laws actively targets the poor people and such situation is not changing anytime soon.

keep in mind that gambling is also illegal in south korea. so my point is, everyone eventually finds a way.

Definitely, even if you find a way of banning even VPN so that people cannot route their connection from a gambling free country, in little or no time there would be a new update and gambling continues. Everyone does actually find a way I agree.
