At this point Gyokeres deal has been talked as "when and not how", because everything is basically settled and the only thing left is just time. Sporting is forced, Gyokeres wants to go to Arsenal so much that he is willing to literally get paid less, just so his salary could go towards paying sporting instead.
When a player wants to leave that much, no team could hold that player. Arsenal is lucky, they may had to deal with convincing Gyokeres too, but seems like he won't be needed to be convinced, he wants to go there.
