It's a depressing state of affairs at United. Are they trying to sell those on loan first who don't fit into Amorim's plans (Rashford, Anthony)? But there are 5 weeks left until the start of the season and even if United suddenly make a chain of deals, how will Amorim have time to prepare the team for the season (even though the whole of last season was sacrificed for this haha)? At the moment it looks like United have nothing to hope for. Even getting into the European cups would be a success.
Isn't this the reason why they are so bad anyways? I mean at this point if they got relegated, I wouldn't be really that much shocked. Because, it's obvious that the team that won the freckling title ended up getting more players than United, so it's clear that United is doing a bad job.
The best thing about United right now is that the bar is set slow for them that finishing something like 8th for example would be a great level for them. Normally, 8th place was bad for United, but of course back in the day, but right now? That would be a huge improvement for them. I get that they do not want to make a bad decision, but the big names are out there. Like Osimhen is being sold, and United is not even considering him, he would have been so much better for them.
