keep in mind that gambling is also illegal in south korea. so my point is, everyone eventually finds a way.

In fact, the government must have implemented regulations for illegal gambling activities. These regulations can ensnare both gamblers and gambling providers. However, oversight of these regulations only applies to those reported or caught. If no one reports anything, everything will be fine for those who want to access it.
I also live in a country that prohibits gambling practices, but I can still access it as usual. It's just that we have to be more careful when it comes to the transactions we use. And I suspect some gamblers in illegal locations also understand how to play.
Do you know that government can't ban  a gambling, because government is benefiting in the gambling, most of the legal gambling platforms or websites do pay tax, and those ones that pays tax to government, you will see that they will not counts gambling centres as one the one they will ban, if any country government want to ban a gambling website it should a gambling website that is operating legally, but some of the gambling website that is operating illegally and they are not paying tax, such gambling should be ban, some people have joy for participating in the gambling
