Arsenal - 3.25
Manchester City - 3.50
It is totally normal to favour Liverpool the most. They made it for the trophy even without much of a signing last season. Now they are even getting stronger with many transfers.
I don't know whether it is fair to favour Arsenal more than Manchester City yet but they must be referring to last season results only. Arsenal still need a centre-forward transfer in my opinion.
To be honest, 3.50 on City has a lot of value. They are probably still the best team on paper.
Not sure what Liverpool's plan is - both Frimpong and Kerkez are extremely offensive players. If both start, the team composition won't be as balanced as it was this season.
I think it will be between LFC and City again, I'd even go as far as to say that I think Chelsea has more chance than Arsenal - at least if something crazy does not happen in the transfer market.
