From the title of the topic it says solution to gambling or is it supposed to be gambling addiction? gambling itself doesn't require a solution because it's something that's normal and accepted by a lot of people but gambling addiction on the other hand is what needs solution.The best way to stop this crazy addiction is by changing the idea about gambling, your mindset is very important and it's a tool for change
How will changing your mindset help you with your addiction when you are already addicted? A change of thoughts or mindset can only be helpful if it's done before getting into it, so that you can adjust your behaviour accordingly, which would allow you to not get addicted to gambling, but if you are already addicted, you will barely see any change in your behaviour or your mindset, and you will only think about gambling more and more.
Besides, a solution for addiction can only work if the addict acknowledges the fact that they are addicted and that they need help in getting out of it, because most people would straight up deny it, and say that they are not addicted, and if you argue with them, they might even start getting angry on you. So, the first step is to make the addicted realize that they are stuck in a problem, and it needs a solution, and then you can think of a solution once that is done.
