Besides, I don’t know of OP but I haven’t considered Ligue 1 to be farmers league infact there’s nothing like farmers league, it’s either the team has completely lost it or they have some bad players in the team.
It's mostly Premier League fans that are fond of calling other leagues farmers league meanwhile when big teams from those leagues catches their league team they also win and sometimes disgrace with the kind of display and score line melted on them. Just because EPL has stable and suitable way of making money for the league which is shared amongst the teams with a better sharing formula unlike other leagues. If teams in other leagues has the kind of funds that EPL has that's when the real competition will be felt. I'm very sure that PSG alone will beat all the top 10 teams of EPL as it stands.
The Ligue is regarded as the farmers league because of the inability of other teams to compete properly. They only have PSG that have been representing them in European stages so aside PSG that performs well no other team is capable of challenging in top stages. In the premier league we have multiple teams, La Liga also has multiple teams that plays well in top stages so I think it's fair to call them the farmers league because PSG have been dominating for a long time.
Form is temporary, PSG have only been in form recently and just this season so that doesn't change how I see them at all. We have seen Real Madrid in form, also Manchester City was once in form and even Chelsea have been in form when they won their last champions league trophy.
And also I disagree with you about PSG winning all teams in the premier league. Your Almighty PSG have only won the Champions league this season. Where were they when premier league teams have been winning it all these years.
