As previous post by OP, the $10 offer is for actual members only which is something that I understand it as active members and not newbie account created merely for the offer. Although your account was created since 2018, but you are not an active members because your last post before your current post was many years ago. With this fact, I doubt that you will get the bonus but decision is on their hands obviously.
