For a start, you can check the pinned message right here in the section of 'Beginners and Help". No specific way on how to navigate here; it's up to you. Just familiarize yourself with the forum interface, and soon browsing here at the board section you are looking for will be easy for you.
You can also check if you have an active local community section here and try to have a friendly chat there with your fellow locals.
