One way to control gambling addiction is simply putting in effort to make a change, no one can really help you do that. You must be ready to make hard decisions if you are ready to change
True, and you need to be strict with yourself and your habits so as not to fall under the bad influence that gambling has on those who are weak in character. I believe that the ideal gambler is positive and has a good income outside of gambling, which means he does not need to think about how to earn money in gambling. This guy will think about how he wants to relax in gambling, and this is absolutely right. After all, I believe that gambling is a hobby for stress relief and nothing more.
