We need to look at it on a broader scale because there are significant differences depending on the country, particularly whether the specific degree is valued or not. There are some practical skills and experiences that a person can only experience if they have a degree. That couldn't be replaced with AI or anything. The human touch would still be there.

I think that right now, what's happening is that there are changes in the education path, where fast education is on the rise, such as boot camps and vocational training. It saves people time for that. I think it's leaning towards that direction in terms of the job market.

A degree is essential, depending on your field of study. You can substitute it with vocational training for experience, but it's not equivalent to a degree.
