imagine I have issues I feel they could handle then i table my issues here but get cold replies, how do they feel I'll be interested in using their services afterwards. Anyway I've checked the representative's profile to see that it's not been for few days, hopefully he'll get back and do the needful.
I think if you have any issues with them and you want them to hand it, it's better you send an email to their official mail request the team to attend to your enquiries on this forum, that can remind the team that people really needs their response as soon as possible.
No one knows why they are not online for days now but hope to see a reply soon.
