It's not just BCpoker, but BCgame as well. They owe me $1.5m in unpaid winnings, we got them declared bankrupt by the court and they just ignored it.
Unfortunately for others, new folks here in BitcoinTalk are blinded by their advertising campaign (signatures/avatars etc) that they cannot see the fact that it is full blown scam operation.
I've seen the same situation as you and he's also posted here in the forum. It was posted on the scam accusations and later on bc.game has paid the guy with $7M in winnings and that's why if you've got a pending $1.5M winning, they have to clear that I guess before releasing.
