The problem is Victor Osimhen wants to keep his prime stage in a top league, going to Saudi must seem like ending his career before it starts, i wouldn't blame him for taking this long not accepting, he needs enough time to make decisions.
The news said that it would not be a one-time purchase, the fee would be spread over 5 years in equal installments. So maybe from a financial point of view Galatasaray can afford Osimhen. But I still don't understand why they would buy a player for such a huge amount of money given that in a year he will be a free agent.
