Wouldn't it be better if we all just keep it simple and let everyone learn the language they like and not force anybody to learn a particular language ?
Just remove the mandate and let people find the necessity to learn a particular language by themselves.
For education and rest important things we can keep one language mandatory and I think that should be English.
