I'm sure you're surprised too, i was tooo when i saw a token is named "Useless" it emphasizes zero utility and community-driven speculation. The $USELESS token is traded on Raydium and has a repurchase and destruction mechanism to achieve liquidity.
in as much as it sound useless there's pump happening and many cex listed it already and even on their futures

That's good! At least the creators are not claiming any utility for this token. They are open about the fact that it is a shitcoin. That's the only good part about this token.
So if it is being pumped right now, it will be eventually dumped at some point of time. So no thoughts really. It is like millions of other shitcoins in the market. Just the branding and marketing activities are a little more thoughtful than others. Enter at your own risk!
