Well this is what I've wanted to ask for a long time. Do they send promos/updates using official email? like @bk8support.com or @gmail.com?
You know I've never seen a promo that uses an official email they always use Gmail and I suspect they work under a manager/marketing team. At first I thought this a spam email but in the end I believed it because the email was sent together with a message on my account, yeah maybe this is their way to avoid messages/emails being blocked. By the way I haven't received any emails since 2025 except for a special email for my security account (PIN activation/password reset)
