First Stokes opted to bat first and then for 2 full sessions they scored at less than 3 and under 4 rpo. 
They didn't lose any wicket in 2nd session, which is good fighting cricket but so far it seems England are back to pre bazball era.
After winning toss having bat first good decision by Ben Stokes, but pitch is slow just because of this change of tactics from them specially after having humiliating defeat in second test at Birmingham now they also change batting style and having slow batting which working for them.They didn't lose any wicket in 2nd session, which is good fighting cricket but so far it seems England are back to pre bazball era.
First day of third test match at Lord's first session was balanced for both teams but second and third belongs to England as they are able to keep wickets and doing score with 3 run-rate Joe Root is heading for another century while Ben Stokes giving good support 78 runs partnership looking good in these conditions they are heading for 400+ runs which could be good for them in these conditions.
