Scammers always use newbie account to do their dirty deeds, even the possibility of some established members doing that too is also high so that they can not not be traced
This is why newbies are not to be trusted because they could do something funny and disappear from the forum. There moves especially when it's a service needs to be scrutinized so they don't litre the community with unnecessary junks.
if they feel they are serious and genuine they should be up and doing to regularly keep their threads active and updated with information and development of their services.

The issues of newbie account rendering services not vouched for by a known and reputable figure hear always raises concern except for a organization that is well known and are introduced to the platform with their official brand name well known in the market but here this organization seems to have a brand or services they offer and from their existence here, they seems not to be a newbie anymore because they have been here for years but i am still wondering why they decide to not keep the community engaged.
