I don't understand what you mean by "the new format is going to be underway in 10 days" is the Champions League going to start in the next 10 days? Of course not or are you talking about the qualifiers that has already started? I'm just confused as to what you meant by the format starting in the nest ten days. Could you please clarify me on this?
I guess that you haven't noticed the time I made that post. It was in last September mate. And you know it was the first year of the new league phase format in the Champions League. I meant that in my post as a result.
Now we are entering its second year. This time I wonder whether a team in one of the high places in league phase will manage to win the title. Things can change a lot after this phase.
Just as the PSG example. They looked problematic first but surprised all of us with a huge improvement in their game.
Well I think PSG wouldn't retain the trophy because other teams too will be coming out stronger this season we are about to enter. This is their first ever Champions League trophy and they are strong currently but I don't see them winning it twice in a row. I remember that season that Manchester season first win theirs, they were unstoppable too that very season and many thought they would retain it, but were knocked out in the semis (if my memory serves me correctly) by Real Madrid who's a power house in the competition. This time too, I still feel another big team will eliminate them.
