If I'm not mistaken it was Michael Saylor that stated volatility is not a flaw. It's a feature.
The reason why people are seeing volatility for its advantage is that unlike most
Bitcoin has a use case and considered a commodity that's scarced.
This makes its volatility bent towards rising more than falling.
It's this volatile because it's still Young

But the thing is, Volatility is One of our limitation of Bitcoin being a medium of exchange
Since many business owners consider it too volatile for their likings.

Exactly the truth is a volatility with genuine reason behind it is a good volatility but otherwise the volatility in case where there is no reason or utility behind it is very bad. For bitcoin it is well known that it’s use case will always set it apart from the others and it is proven that the market will continue to pump because the demand will increase as the adoption increases coupled with the fact that supply is also diminishing. That’s why there are certain levels where bitcoin volatility can not push it down to, but in cases where there is no reason guiding a volatility you tend to see it falls just like it pumps and this is the case behind all the Altcoins we see and as such this volatility is bad.

Yes as a medium of exchange the volatility is a challenge for bitcoin because most of those accepting for payment are not holders and volatility tends to favour the holders because in short period of time the price range only term holders get to see it well above their purchase price
