If you are gambling and changing your strategy constantly due to how you have been losing, it might be okay learning new things and adding them to your experience, but in the long run it might not be much okay since it will be hard to keep up with all your strategies unless you adopt and leave others behind.

In the long run I prefer to stick with one strategy and perfect it; even if there is no perfection, at least I will be sure of where I'm heading, but that does not mean that I will not try new tactics if I see them worthy.
