Arsenal are very active to get in players that Chelsea have no use for, if Arteta have planned for a better team I don't see why he should be celebrating at getting a players that lack confidence in himself and the Gunners don't know what good they have done to keep such player of the Chelsea first eleven and even on the driver's seat.
