Regarding the leaderboard for BTCTalk it is $5000 between now and end of the month and has already started. The API will be built in the next few days so its trackable and prizes will be announced. But if you signed up under reflink BTCTalk you are already earning points for the leaderboard.

I would also suggest setting up a dedicated thread for the contest in
Games and Rounds including the full mechanics so it gets better traction in the forum. I would say, most people are probably still not aware that an exclusive race has started, thus IMO the team needs to raise traction.
