1 cent per min? You gotta be kidding right? That's around 60 cents per hour right? Minus your cut, so it's actually 30 cents per hour!
Basic pay for anyone spending 12 hours a day would start from $5 per hour which is way higher than what you offer. Why would someone waste 12hrs a day just for a few bucks?
Reconsider your offer, or I'll say it's better to withdraw your offer as you'll hardly get anyone here.
