It's very much a new born pattern of making a living out of filming different things in hope of getting paid of the views and likes are impressive enough, but however this new industry is going to cause a lot of harm in our society in the nearest future as the younger generation as seen no value in any job is not to stream or make videos as professional jobs. It's probably going to cause laziness in future but however it's not going to last forever except those who are good are evolving, wherever the industry is heading they will be fast enough to cope those only will be good beneficiary's to the industry of content creation.
I think you didn't understand what content creation is. There could be channels that could be "faceless", yes you don't need to film yourself in order to make a lot of money from Youtube or any other platform. You just have to find videos around that you can used, or give credit to the original owners. If they don't like it then you can go and delete that video. Or with the advent of AI, you can create real like videos as well although there might be a crack down as well as Youtube is going to roll out a new policies in AI. Although they themselves owns one of the far more advance which is VEO-3. So I disagree as well when you said that it won't last forever, there are a lot of billions of people around the world that posted video. It's just how you demonstrate yourself to be unique so that they will be interested on your latest videos and again, every 10 seconds watch on your film will turn out to be $$$.
