if you are rich enough you can give them some money to invest in bitcoin which I know it will motivate them to increase their capital when they receive positive results for the first time,

Like, are you for real here? Giving someone your own money to invest just to motivate them? Which point exactly you want to prove? Sorry to say but this is the most funniest suggestion I've come across this morning. Bitcoin investment is not a referral contest that one must do everything possible to bring in people to invest to the extent of giving them your personal money to invest just to prove to them that it's a reliable investment to do.

So what will happen after giving them the money to invest and the market start dumping during that period? They'll call a scammer and lose their future interests in bitcoin? No, that's a very wrong approach to make people invest in bitcoin. Moreover, people should be allow to make a choice for themselves willingly and choose whether to invest or not with their own money they can afford to lose.

The bottom line is, do not ask anyone to invest. Just try your best to explain how the system works to them when they come for explanation and the choice to invest or not lies on their own hand. It's not ideal to get yourself involved with anyone financial decisions.
