Trust me, and maybe you can tried testing claiming the code with higher waggering. It's not gonna help a lot for waggering, they have huge customer now. It's needed more number people claiming.
Not just waggering only. Cause, IMO claiming code with 25K$ with just claiming 2-3$ are not worth.
For bonus drop during Eddie's stream, yes all codes claimed like a lightning but when it comes to special event like birthday drop codes which dropped like 2-3x a day and as what is said by hunt3r, it is not claimed as quick as the ones during weekend stream. There are at least 2 reasons, the first one is what said by hunt3r about increased wagering requirement for each code and the other reason is about its dropping time. For weekend's bonus drop, most users are waiting for it because the codes were distributed during the stream so it is reasonable if the codes claimed all quickly while if we talk about bonus drop during special event like birthday, the dropping time is within 24hours when not all players are unable to wait for it 24/7.
