New manager Frank seems to be given the cash to buy the players he wants in his attempts to rebuild Tottenham. They have purchased Kudus for £55 million from West Ham United and they have also triggered the £60m release clause for Gibbs-White at Nottingham Forest.

For now it seems as though Tottenham chairman Levy is funding the rebuild. Frank is an exceptional manager, he was brilliant at Brentford therefore deserves time to be able to build the Tottenham team with players he wants to work with.
