The Saudi Pro League has been known for their ability to offer players irresistible financial benefits to accept offers from their clubs but Messi seems to be more interested in staying put with Inter Miami. I believe Barcelona made a move for Messi last year but he wasn’t interested. AFAIK that talks are ongoing between Messi and Inter Miami to extend his contract with the club. I doubt we will see Messi and Ronaldo in the same league one last time.
I'm still following this news and we know that clubs from Saudi Pro are still trying to bring Messi to this league, although we think Messi might reject the offer but don't forget the agreement between Messi and Inter Miami has not been reached this means there is still a chance for Messi to move to any club, including the Saudi Pro League. On the other hand, don't think that Messi doesn't prioritize salary or finances because in fact Messi receives salary + shares + other benefits package from MLS which if calculated could exceed Ronaldo salary so the question is, are Saudi clubs able to offer Messi a higher salary? honestly i'm not sure.
