Have you ever thought how the world economy would look like in the future? I mean, once geopolitical conflicts come (Russia-Ukraine, Israel-Hamas, etc) to an end and inflation levels are "stabilized"? As we enter the digital realm, the economy will change in ways that were never thought possible. The emergence of AI, Quantum Computing, and Blockchain tech, will user in a new era of finance. AI will overtake most human jobs, while Quantum Computing will lead the role in automation and the discovery of cures for new diseases (with its vast computational power). Meanwhile, Blockchain will enable easy tracking of global supply chains, keep CBDCs in check, and more.
I would like to think that every individual who wants to remain employed in this realm of AI should learn to work with it for maximum productivity. Those who would get replaced are the ones who failed to embrace the dominating technology which is AI, thereby leaving them as average employees and AI can be trained to do the same average jobs they do and even more. Updating your skills is the only way to protect your job from being overtaken AI.

Technological and digital advancements are unstoppable. Acceleration has already occurred in several sectors and replaced the role of workers. Therefore, we cannot remain in our comfort zones, we cannot continue to relax. We must strive to be among those capable of utilizing these technological and AI advancements so that we can maintain our jobs and income.

And in my opinion, those who lose their jobs and blame AI for the problem are among the foolish who refuse to strive to improve their existing skills and seek new skills. They forget that to survive and maintain a job and income, adaptation alone is not enough. They must truly improve their skills and discover new ones, becoming the people needed in the unstoppable advancement of technology and AI.
