I have watched the video carefully a few many times and found that OP has dropped his brain somewhere 
. It will be appreciated if anyone can find his brain and insert it in his head. You will find 3 bets in the video which busted above 4× multiplier. OP had set auto cash out at 100× multiplier. Therefore, he was doing the cash out manually. Among those 3 bets,• OP cashed out one bet at 4.53×, where the round busted at 16.93×. Winning was credited to his account successfully.
• OP didn't perform the cash out on the other one. This round busted at 4.46×. OP lost his bet as he didn't cash out before it busted.
• OP cashed out the last bet at 5.29×, where the round busted at 32.70×. Winning was credited to his account successfully.
The fun fact is that OP was trying to check his cashed out bet before the round ended (busted). Casino doesn't show the bet ID of a crash game in the bet history until it gets busted. As a result, OP was thinking that BCgame marked his winning bets as losing by looking into other bets. @holydarkness, don't waste your time here mate
