It's been a long time on the bench. Slowly activities took over and laziness creeped in, and suddenly, I was out of the daily healthy routine. I wouldn't want to explain what has brought me back on the floor, but after a little football training section this morning, I noticed I had lost alot while on the bench. I have decided to hit the floor again, at least for a bit regain of fitness. Just a 2 sets of 15 and 2 sets of 10, totalling 50. This time, it's gonna be slow and steady.
