Can?t wait to see that though. However, I have to tell someone this today: while arguing with me, Xabi Alonso would not want to make any wrong move in this club even though it is his first season. With how fans and the management are expecting the manager to perform, I think the expectation is very high, and that is what I think will make him face some challenges managing this team for the first season. Alonso has been making sure to arrange this club ahead of next season; hopefully he will deliver the expected result.
He's only been on the bench for a short time, so at least give him time to get organized.
I don't understand why people are so quick to judge someone who hasn't had time to develop a serious strategy yet. Let's at least wait 4-5 months. After we can judge him.
There's no manager in the world who can achieve such extraordinary things in such a short time, not even Xabi, no matter what team he's on. Xabi Alonso is currently getting to know the team. I'm sure we'll see a much better Real Madrid once we get to know them. Some players at Real Madrid are exhibiting arrogant and selfish behavior. If Xabi can address this, I believe he can elevate the team to the next level. One of Real Madrid's biggest problems is the poor individual decisions made by its players.
