The season haven’t started yet, so we can’t conclude yet that Chelsea performance has improved, but even as they have been playing against weaker teams in the FIFA club world club, I can see that Chelsea performance has improved a little bit. The Chelsea which I know few seasons ago, even when playing against weaker teams, their performance is always poor, but with Chelsea players are now having confidence when playing, not like before that we are going to see them making mistakes.
Do you really believe their is a weak team in the Club World Cup? Wait if they had lost against Fluminense or Palmeires won't you all criticize them? We have seen Chelsea lost to worse team in previous seasons so the consistency of winning against small teams means they have improved a lot. Is it their fault that Manchester City or Al Hilal couldn't make it to challenge them.
They haven't met a serious team to test them yet but i will say they have improved a lot now and I believe they will still be better by next season they just lack a little bit of experience and playing in the champions league will help them just as this CWC have helped them.
