Not sure about that. Haliburton is a big part of why the Pacers ended up as Eastern Conference champion and eventually played in the NBA Finals. His performance throughout the season, playoffs, and finals is remarkable, and missing him next season is a big blow for the team.

Agreed. In addition for Haliburton absence, Indiana also lost their center Miles Turner which contributed too with their good run on the previous season.
I think Indiana coach will now fully utilized Toppin and Mcconell with their new line-up. But their bench will become weak so I believe it will be very hard for them to continue their good run just like before.
They are lucky if they can even go to playoffs.
