Good explanation, but the topic is about the long run. It is simply not possible to win with luck in the long run, only a highly skilled player with some support from luck could do so.
Technically it is possible, changes for that just drop significantly with the time you keep gambling. So it's not "some support from luck", but unbelievable amount of luck.
Just like there's a slight chance to win jackpot in lottery, it's not a significant change. In fact it's so astronomically low that casinos can pretty much depend that's not going to happen.
I don't think that there would be enough skill that any people could hold that could play a significant role in that outcome.
