For now, Luis Enrique is focused on winning the Club World Cup with PSG, and his intention is not to sign players. Let's just wait till the Club World Cup tournament ends on Sunday; then we will know if Luis Enrique is interested in signing players this season. If Luis Enrique doesn't want to sign any striker, it is a good choice for him and PSG because I don't see any reason why Luis Enrique should sign a striker for PSG when all the PSG forward lineup is capable of scoring goals.
It will be a very tedious combination to do now for Enrique if he is to focus on winning the club world cup and also singing players at the same time, it is basically going to distract him and may aswell affect his tactical approach towards winning this trophy because bringing in new players and trying to get them to fit into the squad almost immediately to achieving the kind of result they will desire can almost not happen immediately because they will ordinarily need time to blend in, of which that time isn what thy do not have before the end of the tournament so it will be best to commence signings after the tournament.
Paris Saint-Germain is still performing very well. They've reached the CWC final and are close to winning the title. I'm sure many are expecting them to win the title after the Real Madrid match. While Chelsea is a strong team, I don't think they can resist Paris Saint-Germain. With that in mind, I expect Paris Saint-Germain to have another excellent season in the French league next year. Luis Enrique will certainly make time for transfers, but their squad is such that it doesn't even seem necessary right now.
