It doesn't look like they're VPN friendly judging from this clause:
8.2 Prohibited Activities

Thanks for the information! It's great that this is clear to everyone, because when a bookmaker is new, people often don't read the terms and end up doing things they shouldn't, which leads to unnecessary complaints right from the start.
