I use 1% of my weekly income to gamble. I do not gamble at times. I did not bet since major leagues season ended. If I lose, something just makes me hesitate to gamble more and this can last for days or few weeks.
I just play casino games for fun because I know if I look for money through gambling I will lose. My last year was positive as I gained more, but this year is negative but I do not think it is more than $50 in total.
I do not have hope that I can win but also using small amount of money to gamble. These are my strategies and I can not change it.
For the fact that you bet more of sports means that you have a better chance of avoiding losses compared to someone that only gambles on casino games. Using one percent of your weekly income is absolutely okay but your profit would be very little except you don't really care about making significant amount of profits. But as long as you are not losing then your strategies is okay, do you mean one percent on each bet In a week ?
