I'm sorry, but I'm afraid you're not very familiar with the OTC Bitcoin market. In this kind of high-volume deal, discounts are the norm — and sometimes much higher than 2%. There's nothing unusual about this
Don't be because I'm not. However, you should be sorry for yourself and this fake service of yours. You can't even sign a wallet, not to give 2% discount. The only "discount" will be in the pocket of any naive and ignorant person who deals with you. So, keep out any norm for the OTC market and start proving your words.
