And not only that, there is a possibility Dembele may end up winning Ballon D'or before Mbappe as well.

Mbappe because with Dembele's outstanding performance and his team's performance, there is no debate in nominating the balloon D'or award this season because Ousmane Dembele has all the criteria to be choosing as balloon D'or unless FIFA wanted to be biased as they normally used to.
I'm a big fan of Dembele, but I can confidently say he's not better than Mbappe. What affects him is that Real Madrid had a bad season, the club isn't in a good shape, and despite that, Mbappe still proved his quality, but I'm confident that the club he's playing for he will achieve more and more success in the future than Dembele.
The reasons why mbappe left PSG was because he felt if he remain in PSG it will be impossible for him to lift the champions League trophy and ballon d'Or, but if he had remain in PSG and PSG is having all this achievement surely he would have been the one to lift the ballon d'Or.
