Change head coach unfortunately will change the games of Bayern Leverkusen for next season regarding tactician under Xabi Alonso era will difference tactician from Erik ten Hag. Bayern Leverkusen have good side after defending several main players last season and only sell few players only although Erik ten Hag must find right replacement for several position leaving by Jonathan Tah, Florian Wirtz and Jeremie Frimpong.
Bit difficult for Erik ten Hag how three players above become important part for Leverkusen under Alonso era and so far Leverkusen not announce about new players for filling that position. Another bad side of Bundesliga easily selling their main players to rival team such as did by Dortmund, Bayern Leverkusen when selling their player to Bayern Munich.
I can't wait to see the season start. I’m curious how Leverkusen will perform, as many are expecting a drop in form under Ten Hag. I know that Ten Hag has a poor record at Manchester United but they should not also forget that it has good records at ajax as well.so from my observation I don’t think it will lead to Leverkusen situation being as bad as Manchester United. So, the season may not be as bad for him as many people are thinking.
As for me, I’m not sure there much assurance that Leverkusen will win the Bundesliga next season, even under Xabi Alonso, with the current Bayer Leverkusen squad. People should stop thinking that Ten Hag will be the reason Leverkusen might not win the Bundesliga. It's not that I am comparing Xabi Alonso to Ten Hag, but the fact is, Leverkusen was just fortunate to have the chance to win the Bundesliga last season with that squad, especially because Bayern Munich wasn’t in serious form. If not, nothing special in the squad if some was special about the squad they should have surprise us again this season.
So, if Ten Hag can get a better squad, it’s possible for him to win trophies here in Germany. Just look at how Kompany had the opportunity to coach a great squad. If Bayern Munich didn’t have quality players, it’s possible that Kompany wouldn’t have won any trophy and may even struggle for top 4.
