You won’t enjoy it when you lose, so by your logic, losing would also be considered a waste of time. What really matters is winning, right? But that’s not always the case. In reality, gamblers only win occasionally, and the system is designed so that, more often than not, they lose.
Well, if we only look at it this context then I don't think it's accurate...if we only say that we lost time in gambling just because we lost money then it would mean that gambling for hours and later winning isn't a waste of time, it's Smart to put it that way..but you see, gambling is a game of repeated occurrences, you can spend 2 hours gambling and chasing losses and later end up winning, that's still a waste of time to me because you would have done something else with that time spent and besides greed would make you lose everything again so it would always be a waste
