I learnt something from PSG, you don't need many top players in your team. It affected PSG when they had Mbappe, Messi and Neymar. They were able to win a few titles but it wasn't enough, they've won all the titles domestically except Champions League, after Mbappe left was when they won the Champions League.
This is exactly the wrong idea that having a lot of star players in the squad is enough to produce good results . PSG had the best players in the world like Neymar , Mbappe and messi in the attack. But even then PSG's performance on the Champions Llague platform was not much good. Despite not having many star players in the PSG squad this season, they won every title.
Real Madrid came out of injury and still didn't perform. From what i remembered, Madrid played most games using their best squad that means they had the chances but couldn't pay out their effort. Injury isn't sounding like an excuse for me, Madrid were not good last season and now is the best time for improvements.
mate I do not agree with you. It is true that Madrid wasn't good last season. But their main weakness was their defense. And this was because several defenders suffered injuries at the same time. Several defenders suffered long injuries. Even after recovering from injuries, they failed to perform as well as expected . We saw Madrid's shaky defense throughout the season. That's why Madrid was behind in both La Liga and the Champions League
Madrid biggest problem this just concluded season was there defense and it still showed in the club world cup semi finals against PSG the defense was really awful and too many mistakes that would have been avoided madrid should try and strengthen their defense before the start of the new season so that they don't suffer thesame thing like this season because the problem is still there
