This topic has been discussed many times in bitcointalk, all that can be said has already been said about this topic. I don't even see any reason why someone should be worried about this, i don't know if BTC will replace gold as the main store of value, but i know that BTC has made a whole lot if progress in such a short time and who can tell what will happen in the future.

The two assets are great, they have their different advantages; if you are a wise investor who not diversify into the both of them and then seee if BTC would replace gold holding the two assets in your possession.
