Most of the information people ask here are already available I their website as I have seen but that does not mean they can not answer I the forum and it sends two different signal to prospective customers when they actually interact with their representatives on a real time basis. I have also ask some questions I'm still waiting for answers and it will be great they engage users here more so we can get to form that understanding. From what I have come to learn, there is already some form of competition in this business.
What you said is true there is need for them to be active in this thread despite the fact that there details are contained in there website. There is need for a well established communications as this will increase the trust or make people to trust there service. Even me self I have so many questions to but since they have not being active I see no need to ask those questions. I believe they have representative, they should be active online to address some of the questions here and also this will boost the trust people have for their service
