It is reported that Djokovic is nursing a injury, that's why his movement is limited and it's surprising to see him losing in 3 straight sets. Nevertheless, we should give credit to Sinner who is also not 100% as far as I know. I'm a Djokovic fan but I will say that he could be nearing the end of his career. At least though he will be passing the torch to two of the best that we have in this generation, Sinner and Alcaraz. So both of them are going to fight it out for this Grand Slam and it's hard to see which one will win it. But I will be rooting for Carlos Alcaraz to win this year. Alcaraz is the slight favorite, 1.7 to him and for Sinner is like 2.x. This is the second Grand Slam for this year that they will be facing again. Sinner is looking for a revenge.
even if he is at his best Djokovic today can't compete vs Alcaraz and Sinner.
He is his decline status while the other 2 are in their maybe not in their prime yet.
For sure Djokovic can still win a master if he has the 2 perfect weeks and his opponent not, but it gonna be harder and harder.
