Adeyemi is staying at Dortmund. Very good news for them and the fans for sure. 
He is one of the most valuable and talented players in the squad currently. He is still very young (23) as well. I thought maybe they might lose him in case of an interest from a bigger team.
Dortmund really need him on the RW position as he is the best player they have there. Kovac wants to play bigger and needs such talents being kept in the squad.

Both Austria and German are close, hence he had no problem. Italy is different he need to use different language, it's actually good he gets offer from Italian teams, he should try how good he's outside comfort zone.
Serie A isn't really hard, unlike Premier League and La Liga. He lost his opportunity to grow his career.
I won't be surprised if he will move to Bayern Munich and stay on there until he get kicked.
