We do not know if this will happen although it is the logical guess that we can make. But what if the whole community know about gambling already, it will not be hard for people to let other people know about gambling is such a community. It will be in a way that you do not have to advertise it because it is already part of what it is in the community.
That's what I was saying too. Those who are already aware of gambling or are already addicted to it won't see any significant change due to these restrictions.
